While raising 4 children, Becky began her Health Insurance career in 2009. Since then, she has worked hard to grow her business and works exclusively on a referral only basis.

Becci started in Insurance and Financial Services in 2011 while raising 2 boys with her husband in DeWitt, MI. She joined IBA in 2021 to focus on operations and growth of the business and has transitioned into a full-time advisor in 2024.

Phaedra has a long history of working in healthcare. She was a nurse for 17 years before joining the IBA team. She loves helping people, and while she is no longer in a clinical setting, she is excited to help people choose benefits that fit their needs. She has been married for 22 years and has 2 daughters.

Spencer joined us in 2024 and is Becky Overbeck’s 2nd oldest son. With a degree in Environmental Hydrology from Eastern Michigan University, he was an Environmental Consultant for 5 years prior to joining our team in early 2024. He excited to work alongside his family to grow the business.

Kendahl joined us in 2024 as Becky’s youngest child. She brings her experience from the Life Insurance Industry and lively personality to the team.
